We codify your GTM, build the engine, and hand it to your team.
We document the go-to-market story your company already has, design the operating model around it, then put it live and train your team to run it. When we leave, your team has the tools configured, the SOPs written, a handoff guide in hand, and the training to keep every release moving at the pace the business needs, without us in the room.
Phase 1
↗
Phase 1: Assess & Align
We find the messaging, positioning, and ICP your company is already running on, wherever they live today: in the founder's head, in your best rep's pitch, and across decks nobody is sure are current. Then we codify them into one foundation your team can execute from. Nothing gets rewritten or rebranded unless together with you we identify it is a need. The story stays and continues to be yours, sharpened and written down so it holds up when the two people who know it best aren't the ones telling it.
Includes
A documented messaging framework
A positioning document
A competitive landscape summary
Phase 2
↗
Phase 2: System Design
This is where the operating model gets built rather than diagnosed. We design how the foundation moves through your team. That covers which AI and martech tools fit the way you actually work, matched to your stage and maturity, and the written procedures for the product marketing workflows that matter most. The goal is that the right story becomes the easiest one to reach for.
Includes
A curated AI and martech stack recommendation from tools we’ve vetted, fitted to how your team operates
Written SOPs for your key product marketing workflows
Phase 3
↗
Phase 3: Implement, Train & Calibrate
The tools go live and get connected to the systems you already use. Your team trains hands-on with the tools and the SOPs. We then calibrate adoption, quality, and consistency until the work holds without us checking it.
Includes
Tools configured, integrated, and live: implemented, not just recommended
A team trained on the tools and the SOPs
The handoff document, your run-it-yourself guide
A how-to and best-practice video library for onboarding whoever joins next

Questions
You’re a good fit if…
Aptory is built for one problem: go-to-market falling behind the product, with the story held by too few people. You're a solid candidate to work with Aptory if: - Your product is moving faster than your go-to-market can absorb, and the gap is showing up in launches and deals. - The story that wins deals lives with one or two people, and they get pulled into every important room. - You've found product-market fit, with a repeatable win pattern worth capturing. - More than additional campaigns, your team is demanding clarity and tools to move confidently and with speed. - You've tried AI in your go-to-market and want a clear view of how to use it well. - You have a marketing or product marketing team ready to run the engine once we hand it off.
When Aptory isn’t the right fit
When what you need is something other than getting the story you already have to keep pace with the business. That usually looks like one of these: - You want a rebrand, a new identity, or a new category. We sharpen the story you have rather than replace it. - You're still finding product-market fit. Until a repeatable win pattern exists, there's nothing steady to capture yet. - There's no marketing or product marketing team to run the engine after we leave. - The handoff is the point of the model, so someone has to be there to take it. If you're not sure which side of the line you're on, that's a good use of the first conversation.
Why Aptory instead of hiring a product marketer, bringing in an agency, or doing it ourselves?
Each of those can work, and each runs into the same problem: capturing the story and building it into how your team operates takes real expertise and dedicated time, and that work doesn't fit neatly into any of them. A full-time PMM hire gets pulled into launches and sales support. Agencies are built to produce campaigns and assets rather than a system your team runs on. Your own team is busy shipping and selling. Aptory does that one piece of work inside a fixed scope and leaves your existing team running it, with no new headcount and no retainer built in. If you do hire a product marketer later, they inherit a settled story and a working system instead of building both while keeping up with launches.
Can we skip ahead to the tools?
No. Every engagement starts with Assess & Align and System Design together, because tools and AI multiply whatever foundation they're given, including a messy one.
Will you rewrite our messaging?
It depends. We first try to surface and codify the messaging, positioning, and ICP you already have. However, if the assessment and alignment exercise warrants it, we can work to rewrite the messaging and/or positioning.
Will this add a bunch of new tools to our stack?
No, we try our hardest for our recommendations to first consider what you already have and where possible help you actually reduce tool creep. We decide in Phase 2 what is recommended GTM tool stack for your specific stage and maturity after first considering what you already have in your tech stack. In Phase 3 any new or existing tools are configured and connected to any relevant systems.
